Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy describes the conditions under which customers of Shipment Saathi ("we", "us", "our") may be eligible for refunds, cancellations, or returns related to logistics and courier services.
1. Service Cancellations
- You may cancel a shipment request before pickup without any charges.
- If the pickup is already initiated, cancellation charges may apply depending on the distance covered and effort involved.
- Cancellations must be requested via phone or email at the earliest possible time.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Shipment not picked up or processed due to service error.
- Double payment or overcharging due to technical issues.
- Delivery failure caused solely by Shipment Saathi (excluding incomplete/incorrect addresses).
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Incorrect shipment details provided by the customer.
- Delay or damage caused by third-party factors (weather, traffic, legal blocks).
- Items falling under our prohibited items list.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email us at shipmentsaathi@gmail.com with your booking ID, reason, and proof (if applicable).
- All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
5. Return of Items
Shipment Saathi is not a retail service and does not facilitate product returns. However:
- In case a package is undeliverable, we will attempt to return it to the sender.
- Return charges may apply depending on distance and size of the shipment.
