1. Service Cancellations

• You may cancel a shipment request before pickup without any charges.
• If the pickup is already initiated, cancellation charges may apply depending on the distance covered and effort involved.
• Cancellations must be requested via phone or email at the earliest possible time.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Shipment not picked up or processed due to a service error.
• Double payment or overcharging due to technical issues.
• Delivery failure caused solely by Shipment Saathi (excluding incomplete or incorrect addresses).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Incorrect shipment details provided by the customer.
• Delay or damage caused by third-party factors such as weather, traffic, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.
• Items falling under our Prohibited Items List.

4. Refund Process

Refund Policy: Once the refund is approved, it will take up to 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your original bank account or payment method.

• To request a refund, please email us at shipmentsaathi@gmail.com with your Booking ID, reason for the request, and supporting proof (if applicable).
• All refund requests are reviewed within 5 to 7 business days.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Return of Items

Shipment Saathi is a logistics service provider and does not facilitate product returns. However:

• If a shipment is undeliverable, we will attempt to return it to the sender.
• Return shipping charges may apply depending on the shipment size, weight, and destination.
