  • Same Day Delivery: Available for select serviceable zones in major cities.
  • Next Day Delivery: Applies to intra-city and select intercity shipments.
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on distance and region.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently serve all major cities across India including metro and Tier-2/3 locations. For remote or rural areas, delivery times may vary and additional surcharges may apply.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, distance, and speed of delivery.
  • All charges are displayed before final booking.
  • GST and applicable taxes will be added to the final price.

4. Pickup & Packaging

  • Our agents will pick up parcels from your door or warehouse, as per the selected option.
  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging unless availing our packaging services.
  • Improperly packed items may be refused or returned at sender’s risk.

5. Tracking & Updates

  • Each shipment includes a unique tracking ID.
  • Real-time tracking is available on our website and via email/SMS notifications.

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery commitments, some delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or adverse weather
  • Traffic, strikes, or political disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

Shipment Saathi will not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In case of damage or loss, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims are processed based on declared value and eligibility.
  • Maximum liability is as per our Terms and Conditions.
