These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of logistics, courier, and shipment services provided by Shipment Saathi ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Our services are available only to users who can legally form binding contracts under Indian laws. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform or place orders.

2. Services Offered

Shipment Saathi provides the following services:

  • Same Day / Next Day Delivery
  • B2B & B2C Logistics
  • Intercity Courier Services
  • Home Shifting & Relocation
  • Secure Warehousing & Storage

3. Booking & Pickup

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized personnel.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
  • We reserve the right to reject any shipment that is illegal, restricted, or improperly packed.

4. Delivery & Delays

We aim to deliver all shipments within the promised timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic, or government restrictions. Shipment Saathi will not be liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Prohibited Items

Users are not allowed to ship the following items:

  • Explosives, hazardous materials
  • Drugs, weapons, or any illegal substances
  • Cash, gold, or precious stones (unless declared & insured)

6. Liability & Claims

  • We are liable only for loss or damage caused due to our negligence and within declared value limits.
  • All claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Maximum claim limit is restricted to the declared value or ₹5,000, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance was purchased.

7. Payments & Charges

  • All charges must be paid before delivery unless a credit arrangement exists.
  • GST and government levies will be applied as applicable.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or services without prior notice for misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and data on this website are the property of Shipment Saathi. Reproduction or reuse is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

11. Amendments

Shipment Saathi reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
