At Shipment Saathi, the safety of your packages, our delivery personnel, and compliance with legal and logistical regulations is our top priority. To ensure smooth and secure operations, we strictly prohibit the shipment of certain items through our courier and logistics network.
Please review the list of prohibited items before booking any shipment.

- Explosives (firecrackers, ammunition, detonators, etc.)
- Flammable materials (petrol, diesel, kerosene, lighter fluid, etc.)
- Radioactive materials or nuclear substances
- Compressed gases (butane, propane, oxygen cylinders, etc.)
- Hazardous chemicals and toxic substances
- Poison or infectious substances
- Dry ice and substances emitting toxic gases
- Any liquid not securely packaged
❗ Illegal or Restricted Goods
- Narcotics and illegal drugs
- Counterfeit currency, stamps, or documents
- Pornographic material (digital or physical)
- Weapons, firearms, and sharp objects
- Wildlife products or endangered species parts
- Human remains or body parts
- Any item banned under Indian law or customs regulations
❗ Valuable or Irreplaceable Items
- Cash, gold, silver, or precious metals
- Jewelry, gemstones, or valuable collectibles
- Important documents such as passports, visas, or original certificates
- Antiques, artworks, or irreplaceable memorabilia
❗ Perishable or Temperature-Sensitive Items
- Perishable foods (unless pre-approved for cold chain logistics)
- Unpackaged food items that may leak, spoil, or attract pests
- Plants, seeds, or live organisms

If a customer ships any of the above items without prior written approval, Shipment Saathi will not be liable for loss, damage, confiscation, or penalties incurred. In severe cases, legal action may be taken in accordance with Indian transportation laws.
